Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Most of our pieces are 'made to order' so please allow up to 14 working days for your order to be made before it is shipped.

We do have some pieces that are 'ready to ship' so please make sure to read production descriptions. Ready to ship items will be shipped within 3 days of purchase.

UK orders are sent 1st class signed for via Royal Mail.

 

We ship worldwide using a tracked service. Pricing will automatically be calculated upon checkout.

CUSTOM CHARGES (INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS)

Orders may be subject to duty and tax. We are not liable for covering any custom charges, but you can use Dutify (https://dutify.com/landed-cost-calculator) to calculate how much you may have to pay.

 

Please take this into consideration before buying.

RETURN  POLICY

We do not accept returns unless the item is faulty. If this is the case, you must notify us within 14 days.

The item must be in its original state, with no signs of wear. We can not accept a return if the product is marked or damaged in any way. Please note you will also need to cover the cost of your return. 

 

To request a return, please email info@axelledufresne.com with the subject line “Return Request” and explain your enquiry. Make sure to include the order number so we can process your return promptly. Allow up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed.

We can exchange sizes if the item is in stock.
